Inspired by this book, I recently made a goal to count one thousand gifts in my life. I'll be sharing some of my list and insights with you as I go along this little journey.
I love mangos - their flavor, bright colors, and texture, but I love them even more when they are cut and presented in a beautiful way. After several years of struggling with exactly how to cut a mango (that pit is hard to work around), I turned to Youtube. What do you think about the result?
Maybe even better than the mango and the presentation of it is the delight of learning something new. All along I thought I was doing okay with mangos and then... Surprise: a whole new way to deal with this yummy fruit. My mango salsa will never be the same.

Great job, Kellie! I love that video and never like to cut mangoes because I have no clue how to. Until now! Thank you for the inspiration. Nice job on your mango flip. YouTube has helped me learn so many things.
